Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timelines

  • Local Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing (for international orders), and unforeseen courier delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return guidelines carefully.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In their original packaging
    • With all brand labels and shipping labels intact

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, not all products are eligible for return, especially beauty and personal care items once opened.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We are happy to offer:

  • Product exchange, or
  • Store credit where applicable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@moodbybm.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
